"Hi to all Surgery Center folks,
I had 'Surfer's Ear' surgery with Dr Hetzler on July 20th 2012. I have had quite a few surgeries in my past but nothing even comes close to the incredible experience I had at the Santa Cruz Surgery Center. From the moment I walked in I was treated like a hotel guest not just another patient. One of the things that was so great was the communication. At each and every step of the process, what was happening was explained in detail. The nurses, anesthesiologist, Dr Hetzler and everyone else made sure I was comfortable and content with the process. The experience was so pleasant and the outcome so great that I was able to go out to dinner the night of my surgery. I will be back surfing in very short order and continue pain free and happy. I just can't say enough and thank you all enough for making my surgery actually enjoyable. I never thought I would say that! Anyone reading this I would HIGHLY recommend the SC Surgery Center and Dr Hetzler.
